How much do affiliates earn?
- 40% on each All-Access Pass upgrade via your unique link (which has a lifetime cookie!). The All-Access pass starts at an one time offer of $67, increases to $97 during the Summit and finishes at $297 after the Summit ends.
- 40% on the Work by Design School enrollments. On the last day of the summit, we’ll open the doors! (If you’re interested in being an affiliate for Work by Design School, go here.)

How do I rock the affiliate leaderboard?
Being a good affiliate is all about caring about the content, and sharing it with genuine passion to your readers. That said, here are some strategies that can help move the needle.

- Don’t forget social media in the same day you are sending the email.

- Commissions on the All-Access pass are 40% of net sales — you will not be paid for refunds requested
- Commissions will be paid out 45 days after the end of a month in which a sale is made to allow for refunds to be processed
- Your cookie is good for life, so you will continue to earn commissions long after the event is over
